What are your responsibilities?
Responsible for the group secretarial duties of the listed company and its subsidiaries
Assist and support the development and management of the corporate governance including risk management and internal control system, compliance and corporate security
Prepare interim/annual reports and financial analysis
Coordinate and organize board meetings, committee meetings, and shareholder meetings
What skills/ qualification will you need?
Degree holder or above in company secretarial studies or related discipline
Minimum 6 years or above company secretarial experience in listed companies
Qualified member of HKCGI/CGI
Extensive knowledge in compliance rules and regulations & ordinances, including Companies Ordinance, Listing Rules and Securities & Futures Ordinance
Excellent command in written & spoken English & Chinese
Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Company Secretarial Manager
Who would be suitable for the position?
Ability to set, prioritize and achieve goals, while managing multiple projects and deliverables
Well-organized, attentive to details, strong sense of responsibility, good communication and interpersonal skills
