What are your responsibilities?
Manage full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations and learning development
Co-ordinate with local vendors in both Hong Kong & Macau, to arrange for work permits, temporary staffing, job ads, insurance covers and training
Administer monthly payroll, attendance, manpower allocation, MPF & group insurance schemes
Review and implement activities to improve retention and reduce turnover
Prepare various HR reports and analysis for management review
Handle other ad-hoc HR projects assigned by HQ
What skills/ qualification will you need?
Degree holder in HRM, Business Administration or related disciplines
5+ years of relevant human resources experience, preferably with fashion retail background
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
Proficiency in MS Office application and Chinese Word Processing
Who would be suitable for the position?
Good interpersonal and analytical skills
Independent, well-organized and hardworking
Able to work under pressure as well as to meet tight deadlines
