What are your responsibilities?

  • Manage full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations and      learning development

  • Co-ordinate with local vendors in both Hong Kong & Macau, to arrange for work      permits, temporary staffing, job ads, insurance covers and training

  • Administer monthly payroll, attendance, manpower allocation, MPF & group      insurance schemes

  • Review and implement activities to improve retention and reduce turnover

  • Prepare various HR reports and analysis for management review

  • Handle other ad-hoc HR projects assigned by HQ

What skills/ qualification will you need?

  • Degree holder in HRM, Business Administration or related disciplines

  •  5+ years of relevant human resources experience, preferably with fashion retail background

  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

  • Proficiency in MS Office application and Chinese Word Processing

  • Able to work under pressure as well as to meet tight deadlines
