What are your responsibilities?
Responsible for all graduate recruitment related matters, including advising on recruiting strategy, assessment tools, trainee program & performance and retention
Manage and excute promotion activities, such as on campus workshops, recruitment-day events, job fairs etc.
Develop and maintain strong relationship with universities, career advisors, relevant student associations
Responsible for intership program and hiring, including applications assessments, interview scheduling,
budgeting, performance evaluation and assessments for training contracts
Oversee the trainee job rotation and manage secondment arrangements with our international offices, and work closely with the L&D team to support the development of trainees
What skills/ qualification will you need?
Bachelor degree holder in human resources, BBA or related disiciplines
Minimum 5 year's relevant HR (Graduate & Trannie Recruitment) experience in sizeable / international organisations
Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
Proficient in Microsoft applications and recruitment systems
