What are your responsibilities?
Support talent acquisition matters including CV screening, interview coordination, liaise with recruitment agencies, on/offboarding etc.
Update and maintain employee records on HRIS
Assist with Hong Kong Law Society related matters, including Immigration applications, correspondence and filings
Assist with the HK office's monthly payroll, tax filing and annual salary review procedures
Manage C&B functions including MPF, group medical, and taxation issues
Perform other ad hoc assignments when required
What skills/ qualification will you need?
Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
5-7 years of all-round HR experience in law firms; calibre from professional services firms will also be considered
Highly conversant in Microsoft applications, i.e. Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin, spoken & written
