What are your responsibilities?
Assist in end to end recruitment process from job posting, interview arrangements, to the preparation of employment documents
Provide administrative support in training and recruitment
Proactively follow-up assignments to effectively fulfil deadlines and commitments of TA projects
Maintain confidential records and files to perform regular hiring analytics and report compilations with accuracy and timely distribution
Fulfill other ad hoc projects and requests as directed by supervisor.
What skills/ qualification will you need?
Degree holder in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines
Minimum 3 years' relevant experience
Well versed in Employment Ordinance and other relevant regulations
Strong computer literacy in MS Office
Proficient in Adobe suite software – i.e. Photoshop, illustrator, etc.is an advantage
Good command in English & Chinese
