What are your responsibilities?
Design and deliver training programmes to meet people development and business needs
Identify and analyze staff training needs and recommend training solutions
Review and evaluate effectiveness of training programmes and make recommendations for improvement
Drive and provide full supports to graduate/apprentice training schemes
Source and liaise with external consultants to see how to best meet the training needs of the Company
What skills/qualification will you need?
Degree holder in HRM, Business Management or related discipline
Minimum 6 years’ experience in learning and development and solid experience in developing new training programs and delivering soft skills programs
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
Proficiency in MS Office application and Chinese Word Processing
