What are your responsibilities?
Responsible for all rounded human resources functions including recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee relations, HR system and performance management
Provide practical advice to the management and implement effective HR strategies
Monitor and review HR policies, processes and systems in order to comply with statutory requirements
Explore different recruitment channels to attract talents effectively
Serve as the business partner and work closely with various business units in order to understand their HR needs, and thus provide appropriate solutions accordingly
What skills/qualification will you need?
Degree holder in human resources management, business administration or related disciplines
5+ years of relevant human resources experience, preferably with F&B or hospitality background
Candidates with sizable companies are highly preferred
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Who would be suitable for the position?
Strong organizational skills, good communication and interpersonal skills
A good team player
