What are your responsibilities?

  • Responsible for all rounded human resources functions including recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee relations, HR system and performance management

  • Provide practical advice to the management and implement effective HR strategies

  • Monitor and review HR policies, processes and systems in order to comply with statutory requirements

  • Explore different recruitment channels to attract talents effectively

  • Serve as the business partner and work closely with various business units in order to understand their HR needs, and thus provide appropriate solutions accordingly


What skills/qualification will you need?

  • Degree holder in human resources management, business administration or related disciplines

  • 5+ years of relevant human resources experience, preferably with F&B or hospitality background

  • Candidates with sizable companies are highly preferred

  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
