What are your responsibilities?

  • Handle 1st tier calls from internal customers with enquiries or problems

  • Responsible for troubleshooting and resolving problems in a      timely and effective manner

  • Handle application support, such as MS office applications,      database system and Windows support

  • Support the installation of applications and hardware

  • Provide network and infrastructure support

  • Provide training to newly onboard staff on the firm’s technology, including software, intranet system, telephone system, voicemail and multi-function devices

  • Participate in the design and development of new training materials to increase staff productivity

What skills/ qualification will you need?

  • High diploma or higher in information technology or related disciplines

  • 3+ years of IT support experience from sizeable company

  • Extensive knowledge in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

  • Good command in English & Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) skills
