What are your responsibilities?
Handle 1st tier calls from internal customers with enquiries or problems
Responsible for troubleshooting and resolving problems in a timely and effective manner
Handle application support, such as MS office applications, database system and Windows support
Support the installation of applications and hardware
Provide network and infrastructure support
Provide training to newly onboard staff on the firm’s technology, including software, intranet system, telephone system, voicemail and multi-function devices
Participate in the design and development of new training materials to increase staff productivity
What skills/ qualification will you need?
High diploma or higher in information technology or related disciplines
3+ years of IT support experience from sizeable company
Extensive knowledge in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Good command in English & Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) skills
