What are your responsibilities?
· In charge of building brand image, strengthen market recognition, and drive profit growth
· Develop and formulate marketing programs to drive customer growth and acquisition in key segments
· Launch new initiatives and campaign to raise market awareness
Lead the brand activation and marketing execution, work with different parties including CRM, sales & operation and customer service to well deliver the activations
Work closely with project team and help manage the cross functional stakeholder relationships
Develop appropriate implementation marketing plans in terms of the retail business requirements, objectives, governance model, risk mitigation, SOP, and post implementation administration
Develop new strategies and plan for newly designed shop cater to the specific group of customer
Closely monitor the external environment and make changes to the marketing strategies accordingly
Evaluate customer feedback & gather market intelligence for effective program design
What skills/qualification will you need?
Degree holder in marketing, BBA, communication or related discipline
At least 8 years of relevant working experience
Solid experience in development and implementation of marketing programs, preferably gained from retail / consumer service business
Good command in English & Chinese
