What are your responsibilities?

  • Supervise a team of administration and facilities      colleagues to oversee daily operation

  • Oversee and perform office space, facilities, office equipment management, maintenance & improvements and ensure smooth operation of the entire working environment

  • Manage office presentation, reflecting company culture, values and marketing image

  • Responsible for the operational management of      secretarial support; ensure service delivery and quality

  • Work with dedicated project team on office renovation and relocation projects; liaise with contractors, suppliers and      vendors to ensure all progress are in control and within timeline

  • Manage administrative services and initiatives, including courier services, office supplies, security access and set up      workstation for new joiner etc.

  • Review and maintain office administration policies and procedures

  • Assist in communications with internal stakeholders

What skills/ qualification will you need?

  • Degree holder in BBA or related disciplines

  • At least 10 years of experiencing office administration from sizable law firms

  • Solid management and leadership experience, at least 3 years’ experience in managerial level

  • Candidates with regional experience are highly preferred

  • Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
