What are your responsibilities?
Report to the Head of Community Engagement
Oversee and implement digital marketing strategies (e.g. eDM, Social Media, Website, etc.) in order to achieve the company business objectives in terms of lead generation and brand awareness
Plan and oversee the implementation of digital marketing initiatives, including website development, social media campaigns (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, XiaoHungShu and WeChat), and mobile applications to enhance sales and promotion efforts.
Identify and recruit new KOLs and influencers for the business and build company’s database of influencers
Analyse user behaviour, provide direction and insights through Google Analytics and Salesforce to improve campaign performance
What skills/ qualification will you need?
Bachelor degree in communication, marketing or related disciplines
At least 6 years’ experience in general marketing, preferably with experience in digital marketing, social media and content marketing
Candidates with more experience will be considered as Digital Marketing Manager
Knowledge of advertising discipline, especially in media and social media
Excellent spoken and written language skills in both Chinese and English
