Assistant Manager/ Senior Buyer

What are your responsibilities?

• Drive growth in sales, profit, and footfall (SPF); optimize profit and loss (P/L) and ending inventory; formulate strategic merchandising plans based on sales analysis and market trend forecasts; collaborate with the Finance team to develop an Open to Buy (OTB) plan.

• Improve buying accuracy by determining category percentages, selecting suitable styles and color ratios, and developing assortment plans; monitor sales performance through effective visual merchandising, merchandise arrangement, and promotional activities; analyze product performance using weekly sales reports and take necessary actions to maximize sales potential.

• Coordinate with the Production team to ensure merchandise quality and costing; determine discount rates and pricing during discount periods; forecast sales demand during discount periods; ensure the discount plan meets company requirements for the overall discount rate, gross profit, and sales target.

• Lead and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

What skills/ qualification will you need?

• Bachelor's degree

• At least 4 years working experience in a related role

• Fluent in English and Cantonese

• Must be proficient in MS Excel, including Pivot Tables and Vlookup

• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Buyer
