Business Analyst

What are your responsibilities?

• Act as the bridge between business teams and IT team; work closely with both function, in order to implement technology solutions

• Communicate with business team to access business process and requirements; identify areas for improvement and development, and implementing solutions

• Interact with stakeholders across business, operations and IT teams to translate business requirements to developers technical specifications

• Communicate and work closely with stakeholders throughout the project life cycle to ensure successful delivery of projects

• Responsible for the documentation and communication of projects

• Support system testing, coordinating, planning and participating in UA

What skills/qualification will you need?

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology or relevant disciplines

• At least 5 years of relevant working experience in IT System Project / Mobile Application implementation

• Candidates with experience in hospitality, marketing or service centre industry are highly preferred

• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Process Mapping Tool (Visio or Miro)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proficiency in both English and Chinese

Who would be suitable for the position?

• Good project management skills, multi-tasking and time management skills as well as a strong interest in Mobile App / Web Application development with back-end integration

• Understanding of the latest digital trend in the market with hands-on digital experience is an advantage
