What are your responsibilities?
Drive sales revenue by reviewing and revamping online strategy to meet consumer purchasing and media consumption behavior
Responsible for P&L and profit target with special focus on e-commerce sales and digital marketing investment ROI
Establish e-commerce business channel from scratch and to synchronize O2O sales and marketing activities
Keep abreast of competitive business environment and look for opportunities to drive brand awareness and deliver sales increment
Compile reports for management review on regular basis to fine tune business strategy and direction
What skills/ qualification will you need?
Degree holder in BBA, Marketing, or related disciplines
At least 8 years of experience from e-commerce and FMCG company
Solid experience in digital marketing & social media experience, e-commerce sales & operations experience, experience in O2O marketing and sales experience
Able to work with cross functional/matrix type organization to drive the business development
Able to manage tight timelines and under high pressure
Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
