What are your responsibilities?
Maintain records management unit paper and electronic files, which includes accurately scanning records and filing records into paper and electronic folders
Approve, coordinate, and complete work orders for records-related deliveries and collection processes
Review records and documentation submitted by internal staff for compliance and accuracy; communicate discrepancies and requests for process improvement
Support and implement projects relating to electronic client records/matters as well as updating necessary documents and checklists
Manages the inventory of files in off-site storage and facilitates all transfers by indexing and overseeing the pickup of boxes
Maintains records equipment, materials and supplies and informs the IT department of any supply needs or equipment repairs
What skills/ qualification will you need?
Diploma or equivalent required
2+ years of records management or IT experience, preferably from professional industries
Proficient in Symatic’s Discovery Accelerator or others e-discovery tools
Good command in English & Chinese
Who would be suitable for the position?
Good team player, energetic and with good communication skills
Self-motivated including ability to work autonomously
