IR Director/ Assistant Director/ Senior Manager

What are your responsibilities?

• Develop and execute a comprehensive investor relations strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives

• Manage the group's investor relations activities, including effective communication with shareholders, potential investors, securities firms, investment banks, analysts, etc., in order to maintain a positive image in the capital market

• Conduct business research and industry analysis for a specific segment of the group, enhancing investors' understanding of the business

• Oversee investor relations management, including coordinating earnings conferences, roadshows, investor meetings, and managing investor research. Additionally, coordinate the creation of investor relations materials and media promotions, and proactively manage relationships with major      shareholders to optimize the shareholder structure

• Take charge of investment and financing matters, including conducting pre-studies and planning for investment and financing projects. Facilitate project implementation by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders and resolving any issues that may arise

• Collaborate closely with the finance and operations teams to develop a compelling narrative and effectively communicate the company's story and industry outlook to external stakeholders

• Fulfill all necessary statutory and ad hoc information disclosure requirements

What skills/ qualification will you need?

• Degree holder or above, preferably in finance, accounting, communications or other related disciplines

• At least 10 years of experience in investorlations or corporate development, preferably in investment bank or listed company

• Extensive communication and stakeholders management skills

• Great communications in both Chinese (Mandarin) and English
