What are your responsibilities?
Advise high caliber clients on equity and debt capital markets transactions
Involve in the transaction of investment grade, high yield and sovereign debt offerings
Assist in initial public offerings, private placements and rights issues
Work closely with the members of US group
Manage client relationships professionally and confidently
What skills/ qualification will you need?
New York Bar qualification
1-3 years of capital markets experience from sizeable law firm
Candidate with both equity capital markets and debt capital markets experience would be desirable
Experience in executing the full cycle of HK IPOs
Good command in English and Chinese
Who would be suitable for the position?
Highly intelligent and have excellent commercial judgement
Have strong communication skills with experience of operating in a multi-cultural environment
