What are your responsibilities?
Assist manager to handle leasing matters such as renewal cases and prepare rental report
Coordinate with other departments on layout planning, tenants' fitting-out and refurbishment / revamping works
Maintain good relationship with tenants to support their needs
Conduct market research, reports and analysis
What skills/ qualification will you need?
Degree holder in business administration, marketing, surveying or related disciplines
3+ years of relevant experience in retail leasing, preferably with major developers
Good command in English, Chinese and Mandarin
Who would be suitable for the position?
Able to work on multi-task and with high sense of responsibility and self-initiative without constant supervision
Good team Player with strong business acumen and market awareness
