What are your responsibilities?

  • Drive brand values and philosophy through all training and development activities

  • Coach the beauty advisors on how to drive sales through offering knowledgeable and professional advice to customers

  • Plan beauty products education, develop product training materials

  • Identify training needs, formulate strategies and implement learning and development programmes to meet the business needs and development goals

  • Evaluate training effectiveness, monitor training data compilation and prepare relevant reports

  • Maintain close relationships with other business units

What skills/ qualification will you need?

  • Degree holder in any disciplines

  • At least 5 years solid training experience in beauty industry

  • Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal

  • Excellent command of written & spoken English and Chinese

Who would be suitable for the position?

  • Someone who is willing to take on the challenge of being in a new rapidly growing industry

  • High integrity and good communication & influencing skills
