What are your responsibilities?
Drive brand values and philosophy through all training and development activities
Coach the beauty advisors on how to drive sales through offering knowledgeable and professional advice to customers
Plan beauty products education, develop product training materials
Identify training needs, formulate strategies and implement learning and development programmes to meet the business needs and development goals
Evaluate training effectiveness, monitor training data compilation and prepare relevant reports
Maintain close relationships with other business units
What skills/ qualification will you need?
Degree holder in any disciplines
At least 5 years solid training experience in beauty industry
Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal
Excellent command of written & spoken English and Chinese
Who would be suitable for the position?
Someone who is willing to take on the challenge of being in a new rapidly growing industry
High integrity and good communication & influencing skills
