What are your responsibilities?

  • Support talent acquisition matters including CV screening, interview coordination, liaise with recruitment agencies, on/offboarding etc.

  • Update and maintain employee records on HRIS

  • Assist with Hong Kong Law Society related matters, including Immigration applications,      correspondence and filings

  • Assist with the HK office's monthly payroll, tax filing and annual salary review procedures

  • Manage C&B functions including MPF, group medical, and taxation issues

  • Perform other ad hoc assignments when required

What skills/ qualification will you need?

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines

  • 5-7 years of all-round HR experience in law firms; calibre from professional services firms will also be considered

  • Highly conversant in Microsoft applications, i.e. Excel, Word and PowerPoint

  • Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin, spoken & written
