Senior IT Project Manager (PMO)

What are your responsibilities?

• Develop project plan, organize activities, and manage resources to accomplish project      goals in terms of scope, timelines, budget, and service quality

• Act as custodian of the IT project management & governance framework to multi-disciplinary project teams

• Participate in initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closing phases of the project implementation

• Drive working level inter-project sync up sessions and coordinate inter-dependencies      among all IT projects

• Facilitate technical teams on requirement gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment during the project lifecycle and tender phase

• Coordinate with all project stakeholders including internal parties, customers, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project implementation

• Coordinate with IT Project Leaders & Project Teams to map out overall Digital      Implementation Roadmap whilst ensuring strategic alignment on both an IT and organizational level

What skills/qualification will you need?

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines

• Extensive knowledge of Project Management tools & MS Office (MS Word, Excel &      PowerPoint, SNOW, Smartsheets tools)

• Candidates with PMP, Six-sigma, PSM, project management related certificates are required

• Proficiency in both English & Chinese

• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant PMO Manager
