What are your responsibilities?

  • Oversee the operation and facility of a carpark portfolio

  • Lead carpark leasing team & asset management team to deliver results as per management’s expectations

  • Drive technological solution to enhance the operation efficiency, marketability and financial return of the portfolio

  • Drive the asset plan formulation and implementation with business objectives including asset positioning, leasing strategies and asset management

What skills/ qualification will you need?

  • Degree holder in business administration, engineering, communication, PR or related disciplines

  • 10+ years of experience in portfolio management

  • Experience in property developers is highly preferred

  • Good command in English, Chinese and Mandarin

Who would be suitable for the position?

  • Able to work on multi-task and with high sense of responsibility and self-initiative      without constant supervision

  • A good team player with strong business acumen and market awareness
