Senior Manager/ Assistant General Manager - Neighbourhood Retail Portfolio Leasing

What are your responsibilities?

• Lead the leasing & asset management team to manage the leasing and asset enhancement activities

• Work closely with other departments, such as the marketing, promotion and carpark portfolio management team to launch promotion programs to existing and prospective tenants

• Develop market intelligence network to obtain the most updated rental & sales comparables

• Drive the asset plan formulation and implementation with business objectives including asset positioning, trade mix & leasing strategies and asset management

• Ongoing review of leasing strategies to drive the portfolio occupancy to ensure optimal financial performance

• Establish & maintain a good relationship with clients, tenants, agents and all business counterparts

• Responsible for annual budget preparation

What skills/ qualification will you need?

• Degree holder in business administration, marketing, surveying or related disciplines

• 10+ years of experience in real estate asset management, retail leasing, client development, shopping centre asset management or property management

• Experience in property developers, real estate funds or advisory firms is highly preferred

• Strong knowledge in tenancy and facilities management with community shopping mall & fresh market experiences will be an advantage

• Good command in English, Chinese and Mandarin
