What are your responsibilities?

  • Processing of all operational administration, ensuring works done are reviewed, to avoid re-work of tasks and maintain high quality standards

  • Demonstrating subject matter expertise on process and procedure and actively contributing towards continuous process improvement

  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve enquiries

  • Investigation and ownership of complex queries

  • Display proactive approach to independent learning

  • Assist in preparing data integrity and scheme reports as required

  • Process and complete all operations administrative tasks including benefits payments, member applications, correspondence, contributions, employer applications, emails and      follow-ups

  • Complete all employer and member transactions across all schemes as required

  • Actively participating as a member of the team providing support to other areas of the business

  • Adherence to agreed service and quality standards, ensuring compliance with all local legislative, financial and specific procedures to minimize any risk to the business

What skills/ qualification will you need?

  • Territorial educated with an Associate Degree or Higher Diploma or DSE (ENG and MATHS      obtaining 3)

  • Good proficiency of PC skills (MS Words and Excel)

  • Fluency in both English and Chinese

  • Candidates with some pensions experience will be considered for Senior Officer
