Wagering Experience Support Manager

What are your responsibilities?

• · In charge of building brand image, strengthen market recognition, and drive profit growth

• · Develop and formulate marketing programs to drive customer growth and acquisition in key segments

• · Launch new initiatives and campaign to raise market awareness

• Lead the brand activation and marketing execution, work with different parties including CRM, sales & operation and customer service to well deliver the activations

• Work closely with project team and help manage the cross functional stakeholder relationships

• Develop appropriate implementation marketing plans in terms of the retail business requirements, objectives, governance model, risk mitigation, SOP, and post implementation administration

• Develop new strategies and plan for newly designed shop cater to the specific group of customer

• Closely monitor the external environment and make changes to the marketing strategies accordingly

• Evaluate customer feedback & gather market intelligence for effective program design

What skills/qualification will you need?

• Degree holder in marketing, BBA, communication or related discipline

• At least 8 years of relevant working experience

• Solid experience in development and implementation of marketing programs, preferably gained from retail / consumer service business

• Good command in English & Chinese
