What are your responsibilities?

  • Advising and guiding corporate clients in selecting the most suitable cloud solutions to meet their needs

  • Regularly engaging with clients to provide updates, ensure success in their cloud journey, and address any concerns

  • Developing, documenting, accurately forecasting, and reporting on sales pipelines to achieve revenue and profit targets

  • Collaborating with Cloud Solution Architects to design customized cloud services and solutions for clients and manage the entire sales process

  • Assisting and supporting marketing initiatives such as seminars, events, training programs, and webinars

  • Working closely with operational and service teams to maintain customer satisfaction and ensure successful outcomes

  • Managing partnerships by coordinating sales activities with partners to meet revenue goals within specified timeframes

What skills/ qualification will you need?

  • Bachelor degree holder in Computer Science or Information Technology, or related field

  • At least 2 years in corporate B2B business (Telecom/ISP/SI partners with Microsoft Cloud sales experiences are preferrable but not a must)

  • Knowledge or concept in Cloud solution such as Office 365 and Azure, Cloud backup and security solution and Managed service is an advantage

  • Fluency in both spoken/written of English, Cantonese and Mandarin

Who would be suitable for the position?

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills

  • Self-motivated, positive attitude, and able to work independently and under pressure
