What are your responsibilities?

  • Responsible for full recruitment cycle in a timely and professional manner, including but not limited to, job description formulation, candidate selection, interview, offer extension and onboarding formalities

  • Champion sourcing best practices across various recruitment channels and proactively identify opportunities to strengthen sourcing methods

  • Handle the service delivery of full recruiting life cycle with an emphasis on process excellence and a great candidate experience

  • Prepare strategic and regular HR reports to identify the hiring trends and provide constructive recommendations

  • Participate in any ad hoc HR tasks as required

What skills/ qualification will you need?

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines

  • Minimum 5 years' relevant experience

  • Well versed in Employment Ordinance and other relevant regulations

  • Strong computer literacy in MS Office

  • Proficient in Adobe suite software – i.e. Photoshop, illustrator, an advantage

  • Good command in English & Chinese
