What are your responsibilities?
Responsible for full recruitment cycle in a timely and professional manner, including but not limited to, job description formulation, candidate selection, interview, offer extension and onboarding formalities
Champion sourcing best practices across various recruitment channels and proactively identify opportunities to strengthen sourcing methods
Handle the service delivery of full recruiting life cycle with an emphasis on process excellence and a great candidate experience
Prepare strategic and regular HR reports to identify the hiring trends and provide constructive recommendations
Participate in any ad hoc HR tasks as required
What skills/ qualification will you need?
Degree holder in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines
Minimum 5 years' relevant experience
Well versed in Employment Ordinance and other relevant regulations
Strong computer literacy in MS Office
Proficient in Adobe suite software – i.e. Photoshop, illustrator, etc.is an advantage
Good command in English & Chinese
