Business Analytic Manager

What are your responsibilities?

• Responsible for the budgeting, and formulating business strategies to achieve business goals

• Perform analysis on business and financial performance on revenue, efficiency, profitability and expenses, to ensure budget is met

• Develop benchmarks, both internal and external for comparison to ensure all in the right trending

• Ensure financial reporting is consolidated with the support of functional and team heads in order to execute the company’s corporate financial standards in terms of reporting and forecasting requirements

• Works closely with Finance department and others stakeholders to ensure corporate financial requirements are met

• Manages KPI and scorecard compilation for frontline and operation team

• Support the development of Performance Dashboard Management – conduct regular reviews with stakeholders to improve the visual and design of the dashboards & BI tools

What skills/qualification will you need?

• Bachelor degree holder in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines

• A least 8 years of experience in financial reporting and analysis from sizable organization

• Extensive experience with Excel/VBA, SQL, BI Tools is a MUST

• Skilled in dashboard development using Tableau and Power BI

• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
