What are your responsibilities?

  • Responsible for payroll calculation including bonus scheme and incentive programs

  • Handle staff roster, leave records and attendance records in system

  • Responsible for the handling of new hire/exit documents

  • Organise manpower related statistics and reports

  • Support ad-hoc duties as required

What skills/qualification will you need?

  • HKDSE or above

  • Candidates with administrative & clerical working experience would be an advantage

  • Knowledge in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing

  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

Who would be suitable for the position?

  • Strong organizational skills, good communication and interpersonal skills

  • A good team player
