What are your responsibilities?
Responsible for payroll calculation including bonus scheme and incentive programs
Handle staff roster, leave records and attendance records in system
Responsible for the handling of new hire/exit documents
Organise manpower related statistics and reports
Support ad-hoc duties as required
What skills/qualification will you need?
HKDSE or above
Candidates with administrative & clerical working experience would be an advantage
Knowledge in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Who would be suitable for the position?
Strong organizational skills, good communication and interpersonal skills
