Data Analyst

What are your responsibilities?

• Develop, design, and present data solutions to support the growth and improvement of products

• Provide advice to clients to understand their requirements and recommend appropriate data solutions

• Work closely with key business stakeholders to provide expertise and seek clarification on business      requirements

• Examine, collect, and document system enhancement requirements, ensuring accuracy and maintenance of data mapping master documents

• Perform complex analytical tasks that yield actionable insights for business users

• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends and patterns in complex data sets related to key performance indicators

What skills/ qualification will you need?

• Degree holder in data science, information system or related area

• At least 5 years’ experience in a data analytics related roles in an IT Operational environment

• Experienced in design, development of reports and dashboards

• Extensive experience in SQL, Tableau, PowerBI, SSIS/SSRS or related BI tools

• Solid data visualisation skills including the ability to deliver clear, targeted and impactful data visualizations and report user experience

• Able to build innovative stories in BI tools to identify business insights for business decision-making

• Both written and spoken skills of Chinese and English are required
