Digital Product Owner

What are your responsibilities?

• Defining the vision, goals, and roadmap for the digital product or service. This involves understanding market trends, customer needs, and business objectives

• Collaborating with stakeholders, such as business owners, customers, and development      teams, to gather and prioritize requirements. This includes translating business needs into user stories, features, and functional specifications

• Planning and coordinating the development process, including task allocation, timelines, and resource management. This involves working closely with cross-functional teams, such as developers, designers, and testers

• Ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience by collaborating with UX designers to create wireframes, prototypes, and conducting user testing

• Implementing agile principles and practices, to facilitate iterative and incremental product development

• Collaborating with quality assurance teams to ensure the product meets the defined requirements including conducting testing, bug tracking, and coordinating bug fixes

• Planning and executing product launches, including coordinating marketing activities and tracking metrics to measure product performance and user satisfaction

What skills/ qualification will you need?

• Degree holder in information system, BBA, computer science, or related field

• At least 8 years of experience in finance or insurance industry, with extensive exposure to digital platforms such as the web & mobile application

• Proficient in using various tools and techniques for project management, such as      Agile/Scrum, Jira etc.

• Fluent in English and Cantonese, both written and spoken
