What are your responsibilities?
Responsible for daily operation in AI & automated processes and system testing
Assist in administrative support, such as report generating, information confirmation, etc.
Work closely with teammates to provide timely and quality key client services support
Provide support to team lead to perform operation duties and ad-hoc testing for system irregularity
Attend shift duties including weekends and public holidays
What skills/qualification will you need?
Higher diploma or above in any discipline
Extensive knowledge and experience in MS office (Words, PowerPoint, Excel etc.)
Familiar & interested in new applications for iPhone/iPad, Android devices is an advantage
Candidates with coding knowledge in Python or UiPath are highly preferred.
Good command in English and Chinese
