What are your responsibilities?
Develop and update policies and procedures for the employee share options business to ensure efficient coordination and seamless daily operations
Establish robust procedures and controls to effectively mitigate risks associated with the employee share options business
Oversee the end-to-end implementation process for new client accounts
Analyze client data pertaining to employee share plans and engage in proactive communication with clients to ascertain their specific requirements
Prepare pertinent documentation for ESOP business operations and day-to-day activities
Collaborate with the dealing and IT departments to facilitate system testing and smooth system rollout
Provide assistance in various operational tasks, including but not limited to account opening, prompt response to client inquiries, comprehensive reporting, meticulous record-keeping, and vigilant system monitoring
What skills/ qualification will you need?
Degree holder in Business, Finance, Economics or related disciplines
At least 3 years of working experience in Employee Stock Ownership Plan business
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua
Knowledge in MS office
