Events Executive

What are your responsibilities?

• Report to the Regional Event & Experience Manager – Asia based in Hong Kong

• Responsible for event planning and execution based on commercial needs

• Oversee local event calendar with the Sales department

• Coordinate all aspects of event logistics, venue selection, vendor management, transportation, venue set-up, etc.

• Plan and manage event budgets and expenses, and negotiate contracts with vendors in order to optimize the costs

• Collaborate with Marketing team to develop event invitations and marketing materials

• Coordinate the trips and tours for club members

• Oversee invoicing, payments, reporting, etc.

• Prepare post-event analysis and quarterly reports with improvement plans

What skills/ qualification will you need?

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Marketing, or related field

• 4-5 years of experience in event management, preferably in wine, art or luxury sector

• Strong organizational, interpersonal, analytical and negotiation skills

• Detailed-oriented mindset with good problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Good marketing sensitivity and creativity

• Have basic knowledge of wine

• Flexible in terms of working hours and workload

•  Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin

•  Proficiency in MS Office
