Finance Manager

What are your responsibilities?

• Provide oversight and management for various financial processes, including forecasting, business plans, and year-end stat packs

• Take charge of the monthly financial reporting process, ensuring accurate results and timely feedback to management, with  limited review points from the Financial Controller and Finance Director

• Act as the Finance Lead in Hong Kong, providing financial business support to the GM and coordinating the      management accounts team to deliver up-to-date management information and      reports to operational business unit heads

• Develop and maintain accurate annual budgets      for income and costs in collaboration with partner business units, regularly      updating forecasts as needed

• Ensure timely completion of key financial      reports to a high standard and within prescribed deadlines

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the      management accounts team, addressing queries related to cost tracking, bank account reconciliations, balance sheet reconciliations, and regulatory returns

• Review and address review points for balance sheet reconciliations, focusing on minimizing working capital by managing the WIP (Work in Progress) and debtors

• Manage the relationship with external auditors by providing complete and accurate backup and responding to their queries

What skills/qualification will you need?

• Bachelor degree holder in accounting or finance

• Minimum of 8 years of financial management experience from MNC or sizable company

• Qualified HKICPA / ACCA is a MUST

• Candidates with Big 4 training is highly preferred

• Experiences in collaborating with share services team in overseas

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with experience in developing, consolidating and      maintaining finance models

• Good command in English and Chinese
