What are your responsibilities?

• Responsible for the development and assessment of innovative mathematical models, new game themes and concepts

• Takes charge of the entire product creation process, from initial idea to final implementation, ensuring the games are enjoyable, coherent, and competitive

• Generates game concepts and assesses various features for their suitability

• Assists in conducting field research, which includes customers feedback, market studies, and data analysis

• Maintains accurate and up-to-date product documentation, ensuring that all requirements are properly documented

• Engages in collaborative sessions focused on game design, interface development, animation, sound design, and art style

• Works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the game's economy aligns with the goals of game designers and the business

• Continuously monitors feedback, market trends, and industry best practices to make iterative improvements to the game's economy over time

What skills/ qualification will you need?

• Degree holder in mathematics, statistic, computer science, or equivalent experience.

• 1+ year of game or app design experience, fresh graduates are also welcome

• Extensive skills in Excel

• Good command in English and Chinese
