What are your responsibilities?

• Assist the team to support games designs, such as math models, game logic, par sheets, and customer-facing communication

• Demonstrate a proven track record in mentoring other mathematicians and development team, fostering the sharing of innovative solutions and contributing to the development of other project features

• Thoroughly test mathematical outcomes using tools like Excel and programming to ensure quality and accuracy in calculations

• Stay engaged in field research, analysis, and industry knowledge to gain a clear understanding of player profiles, which can then be used to develop new features and products

• Take responsibility for creating and drafting the game logic for all assigned games

• Conduct extensive playtesting of games during studio development, providing detailed verbal or written feedback on various aspects of the player experience, including math, art, sound,      messaging, game pacing, and user interface

What skills/ qualification will you need?

• Degree holder in Mathematics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience

• Expertise in Excel

• Has strong expertise in Combinatorics, Probability Theory and Statistics

• Demonstrates ability to create well-structured, well-documented, maintainable programs in C/C++/C# (or comparable language)

• Good command in English and Chinese
