What are your responsibilities?
Ensure payments business is compliant with regulations by staying abreast of current developments of relevant legislations and understanding business issues and regulatory challenges
Responsible for building strong relationships with regulatory bodies
Familiar with Data Privacy regulations such as PIPL, CSL and DSL in China and GDPR in Europe for CBDT activities
Work together with relevant teams to design and implement a strong and efficient compliance framework
participates in marketing and business development, research, producing and RegTech solutions
Formulating and updating policies, procedures and templates
Conduct training sessions for senior management and others
What skills/qualification will you need?
At least 10 years of compliance related experience in financial institusion, legal practice, consultancy and/or regulators; experiences gained at Payments company an advantage
Familiar with key aspects of international regulations including EU roles and FCA handbook and PSRs and PSD2 handbook
Must be fluent in English and Mandarin
