What are your responsibilities?

• Collaborate with business heads and stakeholders to identify, analyze, mitigate, manage, and monitor risks within the business

• Take the lead in evaluating and assessing the operational model to ensure it meets the business's operational requirements, including new products, product variations, and      acquisitions

• Represent the company in regulatory, client, and rating agency reviews or inspections      related to MPF/ORSO operational requirements, and provide operational insights on compliance and regulatory changes for Link RS HK

• Take ownership of personal development; work with upper management to create and implement a personal development plan

• Build relationships with important internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient service delivery and promote a risk-aware culture

• Maintain a positive and professional work environment

• Implement the group's risk framework, including meeting legal and regulatory obligations

• Attend relevant governance meetings, such as client trustee board and regulatory board,      and participate in the risk and compliance forum and IT and information security review meetings

• Gather, assess, and report risk information to management, the risk and compliance forum,      the board, and group risk & compliance. Help the company ensure that risk levels stay within the agreed limits

• Develop and review risk management policies and procedures to meet regulatory      requirements and identify areas for control improvement proactively

What skills/ qualification will you need?

• Bachelor degree holder or above in BBA, operation management, commerce or related fields

• At least 15 years professional experience in MPF / ORSO operations in Hong Kong      regulatory environment including 5 years of managerial experience

• In depth knowledge and experience of best practice operational methodologies and      emerging practice in financial services, specifically ORSO and MPF

• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
