What are your responsibilities?

• Responsible for full spectrum of human resources functions including recruitment, C&B, learning and development, payroll administration, employee relations and performance      management, etc.

• Take a proactive role in enhancing human resources initiatives in alignment with business objectives and HR strategic plans

• Take charge of the HR integration of new businesses in Hong Kong, collaborating with both external stakeholders and internal project workstream teams

• Support, advise and lead on employee relations matters. Support the ongoing compliance to employment regulation and law

• Collaborate with recruitment teams to advance employer branding initiatives and improve the overall talent acquisition process

• Work closely with HR Project team and monitor HR projects, including but not limited to market benchmark/analysis exercises and HRMS implementation

What skills/ qualification will you need?

• Degree holder in BBA, human resources management or relevant disciplines

• Minimum 8 years' relevant experience

• A minimum of 8 years’ relevant experience in human resources from sizeable companies

• Hands on experience in compensation & benefits and HR project implementation, will be an added advantage

• Well versed in employment related ordinances and employment practices in Hong Kong

• Good command in English & Chinese
