What are your responsibilities?
Perform full spectrum of HR services including recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, etc.
Implementing HR projects including system migration, policies review, job grading and remuneration plan revamp
Assist the headquarter to plan and implement HR strategies and projects such as compensation and benefits, training and policies and procedures
Formulate, implement and review HR & Admin policies and procedures
Work closely with business units on people management issues to support business operations
Ensure a smooth and efficient payroll operations (variable compensation, overtime, expatriate compensation and special payments)
What skills/qualification will you need?
Bachelor degree holder in BBA, Human Resources or related disciplines
At least 8+ years of experience in human resources management including 3 years in managerial level, preferably from MNC environment
Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
Experience in using SAP SuccessFactors will be advantage
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Putonghua)
