What are your responsibilities?

  • Perform full spectrum of HR services including recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, etc.

  • Implementing HR projects including system migration, policies review, job grading and remuneration plan revamp

  • Assist the headquarter to plan and implement HR strategies and projects such as compensation and benefits, training and policies and procedures

  • Formulate, implement and review HR & Admin policies and procedures

  • Work closely with business units on people management issues to support business operations

  • Ensure a smooth and efficient payroll operations (variable compensation, overtime, expatriate compensation and special payments)

What skills/qualification will you need?

  • Bachelor degree holder in BBA, Human Resources or related disciplines

  • At least 8+ years of experience in human resources management including 3 years in managerial level, preferably from MNC environment

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills

  • Experience in using SAP SuccessFactors will be advantage

  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Putonghua)
