What are your responsibilities?
Establish, lead, and manage a new and growing team responsible for Infrastructure and Application functions.
Oversee the implementation and setup of the company’s internal ERP system.
Manage the setup and maintenance of the company’s IT network and infrastructure, including the company’s Security Operations Center (SoC) and Help Desk.
Drive long-term, large-scale digital transformation initiatives to enhance business processes and improve efficiency.
Define, develop, and execute comprehensive IT policies, roadmap, and strategies to achieve short-term and long-term business objectives.
Ensure smooth project delivery by effectively planning and overseeing all IT projects.
Regularly review and report project statuses to the senior management team.
Develop and manage the upcoming IT budget and optimize resource allocation.
What skills/ qualification will you need?
Bachelor's Degree in IT or a related discipline.
Minimum of 15 years of professional working experience in the IT industry with at least 8 years in a managerial role.
Proven hands-on experience in managing complex and large-scale IT projects in China.
Previous experience in setting up new teams and offices is highly desirable.
Good understanding of the quasi-goernmental sector is desired.
Strong social, interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent command of verbal and written English and Chinese.
