What are your responsibilities?
Create and enforce a cybersecurity strategy, standards, and protocols to regulate IT usage and safeguard the company's information systems (including crafting an Incident Response Policy and playbooks)
Ensure that security best practices are incorporated throughout the company's IT infrastructure and activities
Supervise the monitoring, identification, and response to security breaches and cyber threats
Manage security tools and technologies, guaranteeing that firewalls, data protection measures, and encryption are operational and up to date
Stay informed about cybersecurity laws, regulations, and industry standards in China and Hong Kong, ensuring compliance within the company's IT infrastructure and operations
Assess internal security policies and controls to pinpoint areas for enhancement
Coordinate with IT team members to design, maintain, and routinely test the company's disaster recovery and business continuity plans
Develop and provide training sessions to educate staff on cybersecurity best practices and enhance awareness
Stay up-to-date on emerging threats, innovative security solutions, and technologies
What skills/ qualification will you need?
At least 8 years of relevant experience in Cyber Security Management, Technology Risk Management or IT audit, including 3 years in managerial level. Experience from consultancy is advantageous
Solid technical knowledge on security domains including Infrastructure Network Security, Application Security, Security Incident Management, Cloud Security and Threat Intelligence Analysis
Holder of CISSP/ CISM/ CRISC/ CISA/ CEH certification is advantageous
Hands on experience in managing security tools (firewalls, SIEM, SASA, DLP) would be preferred.
Good command in English and Chinese
