IT Project Manager (App Development)

What are your responsibilities?

• Lead and guide a small team to plan, execute, and manage projects from start to finish, ensuring they are      completed on time and within budget.  Focus on Corporate functions and real estate business.

• Work with important stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and what needs to be delivered to support business objectives.

• Keep track of project performance, identify any risks or issues, and find effective solutions to ensure      project success.

• Regularly communicate project updates, status, and outcomes to stakeholders and senior management through reports and meetings.

• Manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and other internal and external parties to make sure      resources are used effectively to meet project requirements.

• Drive initiatives for continuous improvement, improving the organization's project delivery processes and      capabilities.

• Follow all relevant policies, regulations, and quality standards to maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity.

What skills/ qualification will you need?

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Information System, Business Administration, Engineering, or related      disciplines.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in project management roles in application development, preferably from      sizable companies.

• Project Management Certification (e.g. PMP/PRINCE2) is definitely an advantage.

• Knowledge in new technology such as API, low-code, BI tools, Cloud service & etc.

• Proficiency in project management software, tools and techniques to facilitate project planning, execution,      and monitoring.

• Candidate with less relevant experience could be considered as Senior Business Analyst.
