What are your responsibilities?
Manage the legal support functions within the Practice Group
Management of performance & employee relation issues, including disciplinary and dismissal, in conjunction with HR
Management of the team's salary review and budget processes
Monitor and maintain both the quality and the consistency of services provided, and identify opportunities for improvement
Implement new/enhanced processes to improve the service delivery
What skills/ qualification will you need?
Degree holder in BBA or related disciplines
At least 5 years of experience in legal support from sizable law firms
Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Who would be suitable for the position?
Outstanding interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate effectively across all levels of an international organization and externally
Ability to solve problems practically and with commercial awareness
