What are your responsibilities?
Lead and develop the overall marketing strategies and execute business plan in various channels
Manage and monitor the creative development content across all regional marketing channels to drive traffic
Explore opportunities to leverage with social media sites
Conduct research and data analysis on the competitors and consumer insights to provide creative marketing & business solutions
Recognize the market dynamics, consumer behavior and competitive environment to develop and implement marketing strategies
Coordinate with the management team to develop best practices and case studies for sharing for business development and PR purpose
What skills/ qualification will you need?
Master’s degree holder in marketing, communication or BBA
At least 8+ years of relevant experience with at least 2+ years leadership experience
Individuals who are qualified for IAA’s certificate in marketing communications
Extensive experience managing internal and external stakeholders at a senior level
Knowledge of data driven marketing is essential
Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
