What are your responsibilities?
Structuring, negotiating and drafting the financing documentation, such as loan agreements and security agreements
Reviewing project agreements, such as construction contracts, the revenue contracts and the supply and service contracts applicable to the project
Advising clients on contingent liabilities and legal risks associated with a project that would be material to an investment or a lending decision
Preparing due diligence reports
What skills/ qualification will you need?
Hong Kong qualified solicitor
3-7 PQE in project finance or energy areas
Strong written and oral communication skills in English and Chinese (fluent in Cantonese and Putonghua)
Candidates with international law firms' training are highly preferred
Who would be suitable for the position?

Strong communication skills with experience of operating in a multi-cultural environment
