What are your responsibilities?
Ensure payments business is compliant with regulations by staying abreast of current developments of relevant legislations and understanding business issues and regulatory challenges
Responsible for monitoring and testing to ensure compliance and data quality with regulatory bodies
Manage new and existing licensing compliance, including managing regulatory examinations, applying for new licences, and responding to requests from regulators
Conduct SOPs (reporting, inspections, and investigatiobns) and lead engagement with the relevant regulators
Work together with relevant teams to design and implement a strong and efficient compliance framework
Establish compliance roadmap and forecast for AML operations
Formulating and updating policies, procedures and templates
Conduct training sessions for relavant stakeholders and others
What skills/qualification will you need?
At least 10 years of compliance related experience in financial institusion, legal practice, consultancy and/or regulators; experiences gained at Payments company an advantage
Familiar with key aspects of international regulations including EU roles and FCA handbook and PSRs and PSD2 handbook
Must be fluent in English and Mandarin
