What are your responsibilities?
Providing legal advice to clients in commercial legal matters and internal business operations
Assisting in drafting, reviewing, and advising on a wide range of commercial agreements
Handling local and overseas trademark applications
Advising clients on corporate governance and structuring multinational business operations
What skills/ qualification will you need?
Hong Kong qualified solicitor
7 PQE with solid experience in corporate commercial practice
Strong written and oral communication skills in English and Chinese
Who would be suitable for the position?
Highly motivated, ambitious, hardworking and a team player
Strong communication skills with experience in a multicultural environment
